The Juice pump utilizes a modified valve design to allow the pumping of products containing soft solids classes as “round” (up to 0.025" or 0.6 mm.), ideal for concentrates that are of higher viscosity than soda syrups (Bloody Mary, Margarita mix, etc.). Pump valves have been modified using custom materials compatible with all aggressive concentrates, including cranberry juice.
